Michel FREY got his first experience of six years with the firm SEGEC, specialised in subsidiaries of German companies in FRANCE and worked on briefs relating to companies operating in a variety of areas and particularly took part in the following operations:
Auditing of internal control and setting up of accounting procedures in a joint stock company before it went public.
Auditing of the acquisition of a joint stock company taken over by a Swiss group.
He then joined the firm HLB COFIME in 1988 as manager and director.
Currently, he is responsible for consulting and accounting reviews for companies, some of which are subsidiaries of major German or UK groups.
He also manages the tracking of several supermarkets and has acquired extensive experience in the area of the control of margins and financial flows in such activities. He also takes part in the legal monitoring of the consolidation of a group specialised in public works that is made up of 25 companies and 1000 staff.

He has been working in a chartered accountancy and audit firm since 1981.

He acquired his first experience (1981 - 1986) in a major chartered accountants' firm working with French and German companies.

In 1986, he joined HLB Cofimé and became a partner in 1987.

Sébastien WEBER acquired his first experience in 1994 in a subsidiary of a German manufacturing group. In particular, he was responsible for the management of suppliers and cash management.

Currently, as associate Chartered Accountant with HLB-COFIME, he carries out auditing missions and handles chartered accountancy customer accounts (general accounts, cash, analysis of general accounts, individual accounts and cost accounts) for companies operating in a very wide variety of areas (services, trade, manufacturing, local authorities, voluntary organisations etc.)
